How can I pay?
The most common method of payment is a credit card payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch, and Solo. You will be sent a receipt of this transaction with your item. We also accept personal cheques but will wait for a 5-day clearing period before your item is sent out. Postal/Money Orders and Bankers Drafts are also accepted.
Can I make Telephone Bids?
Unfortunately, due to staff limitations, we cannot accept telephone bids.
How much are delivery charges?
Delivery cost depend on the item or items we are sending, how much they weigh, how large they are, their value and, of course, where you are. In order to keep costs down we try to group items together so they can go in a single package, obviously this is not always possible especially with large items. To give you a guide here is the table that we use to calculate delivery charges.
How long will my item take to be delivered?
It depends on where you live. In the UK items will be delivered the day after they are posted. We use a special delivery service that tracks and insures all goods for the amount that was paid for them. European countries may have to wait a week or two for their items to arrive but again all items are traceable and insured. Other Countries may have to wait up to 12 weeks, although this is very rarely the case. The goods usually arrive within 2 weeks. Again, where possible, we insure and are able to track the item.
Do I need to be here when my item is delivered?
No. But you will receive a delivery note for you to pick the parcel up from the nearest Post Office Head Quarters.
Can I change the delivery address for my item?
Of course, as long as you notify a bid4sport representative at the time of payment.
How do I know my item is 100% authentic?
Every item is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). This is a lifetime guarantee of authenticity and should be kept with your new purchase in the event you may wish to sell it at a later date. We welcome any queries or any enquiries at any time and we will also guarantee you a 100% refund if, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with any aspect of your purchase including the service. WE DO NOT SELL REPRINTS OR COPIES OF ANY AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS.
Can I place bids even though I live outside the UK? If so do I get the same delivery service?
You can place bids from anywhere in the world. The delivery service that we use is very efficient and there is nowhere we can't deliver to. We also endeavour to insure and track our items wherever possible.

How can I leave a maximum bid (Proxy Bid)?
Placing a maximum bid (proxy bid) can be a great way to make sure you get those items you really want. Simply place the maximum amount you wish to bid up to. The system will then automatically bid on your behalf as other bids are placed. Don't worry though! The system will only place the smallest bid necessary for you to become the bidder. For example, if the item is currently at £50 you could place a maximum bid of £80. (Bids must be a multiple of the minimum bid increment). The system will immediately place a bid of the minimum increment on your behalf and will bid against any other bids until you have won the item or your maximum bid is reached. Another example, if there is a current bid of £25 showing, but it is the result of Bob's £50 max bid. Michelle places a max bid of £60, the new current bid will be £51, The amount need to beat Bob's max bid.
