Returning items


Our return policy is simply to accept any returned item in its original condition, returned within 30 days of receipt of order, for a full refund.

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will reimburse your credit card and notify you via e-mail of your refund.

We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product.

All parcels must be returned using recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost goods or postal costs incurred when returning goods unless the items are deemed to be faulty and a receipt for your postal costs is included.

Please make a note of the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed on the back of your packing slip.

Any signed item being returned as non authentic then the item must have the original reciept and Certificate of Authenticity.
